建立機器學習模型的方案選項

① BigQuery ML 透過 SQL 在 BigQuery 中建立及執行機器學習模型；
② Pre-built APIs 使用 Google 提供的機器學習 API
③ AutoML 透過 Vertex AI 提供的功能界面建立機器學習模型 (無程式碼)
④ Custom training 透過 Vertex AI 提供的開發環境建立機器學習模型 (有程式碼)

透過四個面相比較上述四個方案：

① 數據類型：BigQuery 僅支持表格數據 (tabular data)，其他支持表格、圖像 (image)、文本 (text)、和影片 (video)；
② 訓練數據大小：Pre-build APIs 不需要訓練數據，其他需要大量訓練數據；
③ 對機器學習和程式開發的掌握度：Pre-build APIs 及 AutoML 要求較低，Custom training 要求最高，BigQuery 要求 SQL 操作；
④ 調整參數的方式：Pre-build APIs 及 AutoML 無法調整參數，其他可自行調整；
⑤ 訓練模型：Pre-build APIs 不需要訓練模型，其他需視需要進行訓練模型。

① Speech-to-Text API 將聲音轉換為文字
② Cloud Natural Language API 自然語言
③ Cloud Translation API 翻譯
④ Text-to-Speech API 將文字轉換為聲音
⑤ Vision API 圖片識別
⑥ Video Intelligence API 影片識別

透過 Vertex AI 提供的 AutoML 功能界面建立機器學習模型 (無程式碼)

AutoML 使用兩項技術：

① 遷移學習 (transfer learning)：將已經訓練好的特徵結果轉移到目標訓練中；
② 神經架構搜索 (neural architecture search)：比較多個訓練模型以找到最佳模型。

AutoML 執行步驟：

① 確定要解決的問題，稱為目標 (objectives)；
② 將數據上傳至 AutoML；
③ 訓練模型；
④ 預測結果。 

AutoML 支持四種數據類型：

① 表格數據 (tabular data) 例如：回歸模型 (regression model)、分類模型 (classification model)、預測模型 (forecasting model) 等；
② 圖像 (image) 例如：分類模型 (classification model)、對象檢測模型 (object detection model) 等；
③ 文本 (text) 例如：分類模型 (classification model)、實體提取模型 (entity extraction model)、情緒分析模型 (sentiment analysis model) 等；
④ 影片 (video) 例如：分類模型 (classification model)、對象跟踪模型 (object tracking model)、動作識別模型 (action recognition model) 等。

透過 Vertex AI 提供的開發環境建立機器學習模型 (有程式碼)

Vertex AI Workbench 是數據科學作業流程的整合開發環境，包含探索、訓練、開發、部署模型等作業。

透過 Vertex AI 有四個優勢：無縫的 (seamless)、可擴展的 (scalable)、可持續的 (sustainable)、速度快 (speedy)。

介紹 Google Cloud 提供的 AI 解決方案

GCP 提供的 AI 解決方案可分為三層：

① 底層是 AI 基礎 (AI foundation) 包含雲基礎及數據；
② 中間層是 AI 開發平台 (AI development platform) 包含 BigQuery、Pre-build APIs 及 Vertex AI；
③ 底層是 AI 解決方案 (AI solutions) 包含：
橫向解決方案 (horizontal solutions) 適用相同問題的解決方案，例如文件識別；
行業解決方案 (industry solutions) 適用特定行業相關的解決方案，例如零售業產品探索。
